We had a fabulous weekend that included a few trips to explore new areas. The inversions cleared up on Saturday which meant we could see the blue ski!
Scott was fabulous and entertained Susanna for a while so I could make Super Yummy Homemade Granola. It has been enjoyed by all and may wind up being an ice cream topping tomorrow when friends come for dinner.
